No. An agency runs campaigns for you. GXM diagnoses why your business isn't growing predictably and works with you to fix the offer, positioning, acquisition, sales and systems. In mentorship, GXM provides the strategy and you or your team execute. Other engagement models may include implementation support, and that's discussed on the call if relevant.

No. There are no pre-recorded modules that everyone watches. Your business is audited first, and the work is built around your actual bottleneck in weekly 1:1 sessions.

It's the first step with GXM: an application of about 25 questions on your current business, offer, lead sources, sales process, delivery, bottlenecks and goals. It works as a diagnostic, so the conversation that follows is about your business specifically.

You answer the questions online. The GXM team reviews your answers before anyone speaks to you. If there's a fit, you book a 30-minute call to go through what's capping your growth and what to fix first.

The small deposit keeps the calendar for founders who are serious about fixing their business, so no-shows don't take slots from people who'd turn up. It's a commitment, not a fee: the ₹99 is refunded in full when you attend.

You go through what your audit shows: where the system is breaking, what to fix first and whether GXM is the right fit. It's a diagnostic conversation. If it's a fit, next steps are discussed; if it isn't, you'll be told.

It runs for 90 days in total: 60 days of implementation followed by a 30-day testing period. The plan for your business is discussed on the call, after your audit has been reviewed.

Pricing is discussed on the call, after your Growth Audit has been reviewed and only if there's a fit. The only fee before that is the ₹99 call deposit, which is refunded when you attend.
